The Timeless Frames Foundation ("we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 99-1127030) based in Greater Tampa Bay, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through thetimelessframesfoundation.org and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, and your name, email and message when you contact us, volunteer or request a meeting.
- Donations: donations are processed by PayPal and GoFundMe. We never see or store your card or bank details; those platforms handle payment data under their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email and gift amount to send receipts and thank-you notes.
- Basic usage data: our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
How we use it
- To send donation receipts and acknowledgments.
- To send newsletters and program updates you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To answer your messages and coordinate volunteers.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not show third-party advertising on this site.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site and process gifts and forms: Netlify (hosting), PayPal and GoFundMe (donations), FormSubmit (form delivery), Google Workspace (email) and Google Fonts. They receive only what they need to provide their service.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. Payment and fundraising platforms you visit from our site may set their own cookies.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to remove you from our mailing list, by writing to info@thetimelessframesfoundation.org.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
